
Deborah Graves has been a West Tennessee resident since 1975. She graduated from Trenton's Peabody High School in 1980. Her family owned and operated The Golden Ox restaurant in Trenton in the early 80’s, followed by Chuck Graves Chevrolet in Humboldt, for 40 years. Deborah graduated from Union University with her ASN in 1991, BSN from Excelsior College, Albany NY in 1996, MSN from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2006, and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with AANP (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners). She has three children; Matthew, Gracie, and Gillian (adopted from Guatemala), and one granddaughter; Kloe.
Sara Ward is a native of West Tennessee. She was born and raised in Jackson and now resides in Medina with her two children, Wyatt and Lucy. Sara has been a nurse for almost 20 years. She graduated high school from the University School of Jackson in 2002, completed her undergraduate degree at Union University, and graduated with her BSN in 2008. She completed her MSN from Maryville University in May 2021 with a 4.0 GPA and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Sara has extensive experience with pediatrics, adult and geriatric care, cardiology, weight loss, and women's health. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the West Tennessee Nurse Practitioner's Alliance, and Sigma Theta Tau (Nursing National Honor Society).
