Our Practice

Most patients don't realize the difference between Primary Care and Urgent Care clinics; one difference is that Urgent Care can cost you a higher co-pay. If you have a PPO plan, often the Urgent Care copay is MORE than a regular office visit copay (e.g. $75 urgent care co-pay vs. $50 specialist co-pay vs. $25 primary care copay).

Urgent Care Clinics are useful if you are out of town or after your Primary Care Physicians office has closed as they are usually cheaper than going to the ER. However, during normal hours, a Primary Care Clinic is your best option.

Humboldt Family Care Walk-In Clinic is a Primary Care Clinic. We are here to serve all your medical needs with extended hours (Monday – Friday 7am-7pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm).

So when you need to see a physician, don’t rush to an acute care clinic; slow your pace and visit your local provider or walk-in clinic.

The Provider

Deborah Graves, FNP-BC

Deborah Graves has been a West Tennessee resident since 1975. She graduated from Trenton's Peabody High School in 1980. Her family owned and operated The Golden Ox restaurant in Trenton in the early 80’s, followed by Chuck Graves Chevrolet in Humboldt, for 40 years. Deborah graduated from Union University with her ASN in 1991, BSN from Excelsior College, Albany NY in 1996, MSN from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2006, and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with AANP (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners). She has three children; Matthew, Gracie, and Gillian (adopted from Guatemala), and one granddaughter; Kloe.
